- Not VAT Registered: We are not VAT registered, so all invoices will exclude VAT.
- Marketing Expectations: The success of any marketing campaign depends on factors such as the quality of your offerings and whether you choose organic or paid strategies. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as growth, sales, or engagement.
- Realistic Collaboration: Success requires a partnership based on realistic expectations, consistent collaboration, and strategic effort.

2. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution
- Applicable Law: These terms are governed by South African law.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration within South Africa, unless otherwise agreed.
- Jurisdiction: You consent to the jurisdiction of South African courts for legal proceedings.
3. Social Media Services
Campaign Types and Fees:
We offer both one-time campaigns and monthly marketing packages.
A non-refundable setup fee applies to all campaigns to cover initial planning and strategy.
Monthly packages are billed in advance and are non-refundable once services commence.
Client Responsibilities:
You retain full control and ownership of your social media accounts. Accurate login credentials must be provided to enable campaign management.
Delays caused by incorrect details or lack of cooperation will not be our responsibility.
Performance Disclaimer:
While we optimize campaigns for success, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including follower growth, conversions, or engagement rates. Results are influenced by external factors beyond our control.
4. Website Design Services
Design Process and Fees:
Design fees are payable upfront before work begins.
Standard timelines for website completion are 5 to 7 business days, provided all required materials are submitted on time. For larger projects, adjusted timelines will be communicated at the time of contract signing.
E-Commerce Services:
Packages include the listing of up to 100 products; additional listings incur extra charges, communicated beforehand.
Hosting and Domains:
Hosting and domain registration are now managed through Bubble Bekkie Advertising. You will be responsible for any related fees.
A 30-day notice is required for hosting cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in continued billing.
Hosting services include 4 hours of maintenance per month. Any additional maintenance beyond this will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you.
Performance Reporting:
You will receive regular performance reports on how your website is performing, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant analytics. This will help you track the effectiveness of your website over time.
Ownership and Access:
You retain ownership of your domain account. However, for security and to prevent any errors or malfunctions, we do not provide client access to the backend of the website. We require username and password access solely for management purposes. This ensures that no changes are made that could affect the functionality of the site.
5. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Fees:
Setup fees, administration fees, and monthly marketing packages are non-refundable once services commence.
Website design fees are non-refundable after work begins.
6. Pricing and Billing
Not VAT Registered:
Bubble Bekkie Advertising is not VAT-registered. All invoices reflect this status.
Payments:
Payments must be made upfront for all services. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Expectations and Limitations
The success of marketing efforts depends on the quality of your products/services, industry demand, and chosen campaign strategy.
We do not promise guaranteed growth or outcomes. Paid campaigns often yield faster results than organic methods, but both require time to achieve significant progress.
Realistic expectations and consistent collaboration are essential for the success of our services.
8. Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors in descriptions, pricing, or other information without prior notice.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities.
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights or defaming others.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All services provided by Bubble Bekkie Advertising are offered "as is", with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
While we strive to deliver the highest quality service, we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services, including any unforeseen issues related to social media or third-party platforms.
11. Termination
Services may be terminated by either party with written notice. Obligations incurred prior to termination will remain enforceable.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be resolved accordingly.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. POPIA Compliance and Social Media Risks
We take the privacy of our clients seriously and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). However, as part of the digital landscape, social media and online platforms are subject to inherent risks, including the potential misuse of personal information.
Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you share online, including personal details, is accurate and not misleading. We will not be held accountable for any negative consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Additionally, while we take all reasonable measures to ensure your privacy, we cannot guarantee protection from unsolicited contact by third parties, which may occur on social media platforms or through other external applications.
